About Guy Painting

Ron Jones has been offering painting services for over 20 years in Indianapolis. With help from his wife, Shannon, Ron started Guy Painting, a family-owned and operated company, in 2012.

Ron's sister-in-law, Mindy has been blessing customers with her voice for twelve years. She's the heart of the office — taking your calls, scheduling your quote appointments, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Scott brings his talents to our marketing, social media, and customer service programs, and keeps an eye on our painting projects and painters to make sure every customer has the best experience possible.

Alltus joined Guy Painting about 11 years ago and heads up our estimator team. He and Ron are lifelong friends — they've been like brothers since 3rd grade in Martinsville, over 42 years and counting. Both grew up raising animals and working the land: Ron's family had a small farm, Alltus's family had horse stables. That's where they learned how rewarding a hard day's work can be.

Sean has been with Guy Painting for 4 years and brings over 10 years of project management and painting experience. Like Alltus, he does a thorough inspection of your home for carpentry and other issues, then builds a comprehensive repair, carpentry, and painting quote.

Mike started with Guy Painting in the very early days and moved from Lead Painter to Quality Control Manager, then into Scheduling and Production. He's been painting and training painters for over 21 years. You'd think he was Ron's brother — they're that close.

Mike has been with Guy Painting for over 7 years, bringing 20 years of experience as a painting contractor. He works with our customers and painters during every job to ensure proper prep, a quality finish, and customer satisfaction — and helps lead our painters and carpenters in taking the best care of your home.

Dave joined us about five years ago. Beyond his experience as a painter, he brings deep paint knowledge from his years working for Sherwin-Williams. He understands application methods and materials, and uses that knowledge to help customers with color selection and paint education.

Jason joined Guy Painting as our third QC Manager. He's a talented painter and leader with over 10 years of painting and management experience. His knowledge of substrate prep and application methods helps us deliver proper prep and long-lasting quality.
